
Our Signature Method
Our methods are science based and will continue to adapt to the changing developments in the world of research and technology. Our approach to skill development involves 3 crucial steps. These steps recur every training session. As the athlete progresses in one step, the focus will shift to another. This process ensures the athlete will achieve their ultimate state of readiness.
1: Identify: No two athletes are the same. Our goal is to assess and adjust the athlete’s natural movements to be more efficient. Some athletes have a high capacity for workload and others do not. Adjusting individual workloads is important to keep athletes injury free.

2: Train: focusing on skills provides a foundation for success, but educating the athlete to understand the how’s and why’s will assure both long lasting and quick change. We use a variety of different drills to facilitate change in movement. To reinforce learning we use cueing, video analysis, and language that is concise and consistent so the athlete can quickly comprehend what they need to do to improve. Your sport is more than just a physical game- there is a strong mental and strategic component. At Performance AI we believe training should include understanding the mind- body connection for the best outcomes.

3: Optimize: our array of approaches including resisted running, hurdles, agility ladders, laser timing gates, stop watches and drills that simulate game situations ensure that you will be prepared for your upcoming season or camp. Collecting data continuously allows us to understand how you are improving and what areas need to be focused on.

Once an athlete has completed the 12 week program with Performance A.I. they will be faster, more agile, better conditioned, have improved power and better mobility. They will also be given the tools to self diagnose that they can carry with them for the remainder of their athletic endeavors.
