6 Week Combine/ Show Case Prep

2 Sessions per week. Each session is 90 minutes long.

Weeks 1-2 The goal is to build a strong base of sprinting mechanics along with developing resilience in muscles to be able to perform repeated high power output. The athlete will experience some mental discomfort during this phase as they will be trying new approaches.

Weeks 3-6 reinforcing mechanics of sprinting while increasing intensity and volume. Preparing the athlete for combine/show case drills. Breaking down every step of drills to ensure they are prepared to perform optimally.
