Track Program Part 2
***Must have completed Track Program (part 1) to be eligible for Part 2***
Weeks 1-2 the goal is to build a strong base of sprinting mechanics along with developing resilience in muscles to be able to perform repeated high power output. The athlete will experience some mental discomfort during this phase as they will be trying new approaches.

Weeks 3-6 reinforcing mechanics of sprinting while increasing intensity and volume. Preparing the athlete for meets and optimal performance

Dates: June 12- June 26, 2025
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am-8am & Sundays at noon-1pm
