Kirk Cadman Legion trials.​ only for U14 and up. Last year this occurred July 4th 5th. This year we anticipate July 3rd and 4th.

Weeks 1-3: The goal is to build a strong base of sprinting and acceleration mechanics along with developing resilience in muscles to be able to perform repeated high power output. The athlete will experience some mental discomfort during this phase as they will be trying new approaches.

Weeks 4-10: Reinforcing mechanics of sprinting while increasing intensity and volume. Preparing the athlete for meets. Fine tuning technique along with building speed.

Jersey's will be provided for meets.
Once the dates for meets are finalized we will provide you with that information and the sign up process.
