12 Week Program

2 sessions per week. Each session is 1 hour in length.

Weeks 1-4 The goal is to build a strong base of sprinting mechanics along with developing resilience in muscles to be able to perform repeated high power output safely. The athlete will experience some mental discomfort during this phase as they will be trying new approaches.

Weeks 5-8 the goal is to reinforce the mechanics the athlete has learned in the prior weeks by increasing the intensity and volume of the drills. The athlete will start to feel more comfortable with the movements.

Weeks 9-12 The goal is to apply the skills they have learned and become efficient during in-game scenarios.
At this point the athlete should develop an understanding as to how they move and common mistakes they make. We will simulate game situations using various drills to ensure the athletes are prepared to succeed.
